Regent Tyres

If you are driving down 5th Cross in Surat, you will probably see our shop. We have been working with tyres here for quite some time. The floor is usually a bit black from the rubber and we have stacks of different sizes leaning against the walls. It is a noisy job sometimes. We use the tools to pull old tyres off the rims and put new ones on. It is heavy work. Sometimes the sun is really hot and we have to take breaks in the shade. We deal with all sorts of vehicles, from small scooters to the bigger cars people drive around here. There is no air conditioning in the front, just a big fan that moves the air around. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it is a workshop at the end of the day. Most people come because they got a nail in their tyre or the threads are wearing thin. We just look at the wheel and tell them if it can be fixed or if they need a new one. There is no complicated talk. We just do the work and get the cars back on the road. The street gets crowded in the afternoons, so it can be tricky to park right in front of the shop. We are just local guys who know how to handle wheels and keep things moving in this part of Surat. It is not perfect, but it works for us and our customers.
