Tapi Dang Naturals Exporters Producer Company Limited

Our group is based over at Market Faliajunagam in Songadh. We share a space with the Khetiwadi U B Samiti, which is right in the middle of where all the action happens near the market. Living and working in the Tapi Dang area means we are surrounded by a lot of natural growth, so forming a producer company for exporters seemed like the logical thing to do. We deal with the stuff that comes straight from the ground here in Vill-Songadh. Most of us are locals who grew up in these fields, so we know the rhythms of the seasons pretty well. The "naturals" part of our name is just because we don't like messing with the crops too much once they are picked. We spend a lot of time at the Market Falia office just sorting through things and meeting with the other farmers who are part of the collective. It gets pretty loud and crowded during the main market days, but that’s just how life is here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to make sure the things we grow in the Dang region get to people who appreciate them. It takes a lot of coordination to get everything from the farm to the shipping stage, and being at the Samiti helps us keep track of all the different lots coming in. It is just basic work done by people who know the land.
