Sunil Kalsait Consultant is an OPC, so it’s a one-person kind of operation at its heart. I am based in Pyramid City-3, over on Besa Pipla Road. My office is in Tower-F, specifically in Flat No 404. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office space. I like working from here because it’s quiet enough to actually think. When you’re doing consulting work, you need that bit of peace. The view from the fourth floor gives a decent look at the road below. I’ve seen this area change quite a bit since I started. There’s always some new construction going on nearby. I keep my day-to-day routine pretty simple. I wake up, make some coffee, and get to work on the files I have for that day. No one is looking over my shoulder, so I have to keep myself moving. I don't use any big words to describe what I do. I just help people with what they need help with. Sometimes I have meetings at the flat, and other times I’m out and about. If you’re looking for the tower, it’s one of the taller ones in the complex. It’s a straightforward place for someone who just wants to get their work done without any extra fuss or corporate nonsense. That is how I prefer to run things here. It is just me and my desk and the Besa Pipla Road.
