Shri Sai Shakti Gas Agency

Our work at Shri Sai Shakti Gas Agency is mostly about moving heavy things from one place to another. We are set up in Kadodara at A1 A2. It is a dusty spot, especially when the trucks are pulling in and out with the empty cylinders. The sound of metal hitting metal is something you hear all day long. We spend a lot of time on the phone taking bookings or checking where the delivery boys are. It is a lot of logistics to keep track of. People in Kadodara rely on us to keep their kitchens running. When someone runs out of gas in the middle of cooking, they get a bit stressed. We understand that, so we try to move as fast as we can. The office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a big ledger for the names. We don't have any high-tech systems here. It is mostly just writing things down and making sure the addresses are correct. My hands are usually covered in some kind of grime by the afternoon. We take a break for tea when there is a gap in the deliveries. It is a steady job and we have been doing it for quite some time now. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. It isn't glamorous, but it is necessary work for the town and the people living here.
