If you're looking for us, we’re on the second floor of plot number 187 in the Old GIDC area of Katargam. It’s an older building, so you have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us in shape, I suppose. The neighborhood is full of workshops and small factories, so there’s always the sound of machinery in the background. It’s not the most beautiful part of town, but it’s where the real work happens. Our space is functional. We’ve got the cutting tables and the sewing machines set up to make the most of the light. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the big ceiling fans to keep us cool during the hot afternoons. We spend our hours focused on the garments, making sure everything is stitched properly. It’s a small team here, and we all know what needs to be done without being told. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all take a break outside until it comes back on. It’s just one of those things. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a bit messy sometimes with thread and scraps of fabric all over the floor, but that’s a sign that we’re actually working. We’ve been here in the Old GIDC for a long time.
