Shree Khodiyar Fashion

The shop is at No. 33 in Jagdish Nagar Part 1, right along Lambe Hanuman Road. It's a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the scooters and trucks going past. We deal with fashion items and spend most of our time organizing the stock we get in from the suppliers. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My uncle started it and now we all just pitch in to keep it going. The space inside isn't huge, but we crammed in as many shelves as we could. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when more than three people are inside at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the traffic. Most of our morning is spent dusting the glass counters because of all the road grime. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If you look for us, we are right there in the first part of Jagdish Nagar. It’s a plain building, nothing that stands out too much from the other shops nearby. We mostly see locals who are out doing their regular shopping. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work at hand. Some days the delivery trucks are late and it gets a bit stressful, but mostly it is a quiet routine. We enjoy being part of the community here on Lambe Hanuman Road and seeing the familiar faces every day.
