Shree Hari Enterprise

You can find Shree Hari Enterprise on the 3rd floor of the Radha Krishna Textile Market, or RKTM as everyone calls it. Our units are C-4196 and 97. If you’ve ever been to Ring Road, you know how crazy the traffic and the crowds can get. The market is a maze of hallways and small shops, all filled with different fabrics and yarns. It’s a loud place, with people constantly moving bundles around and shouting to be heard over the noise. Our space is packed tight with rolls of cloth. Sometimes it’s hard to even find a place to stand when a new delivery comes in. The lift in the building is old and slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit, which isn’t great when you’re carrying heavy samples. We spend our days talking to weavers and buyers, trying to match up what people want with what’s available. It’s a lot of looking at thread counts and colors under flickering tube lights. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a working warehouse where we get things done. The tea boy comes around every few hours, and that’s usually when we take a second to breathe. It’s a hectic way to make a living, but we’ve been part of this market for years and know everyone around us. We just try to get the orders right and out the door on time.
