We are located out on National Highway Number 8, specifically at Plot Number 9 and 10 in the Kododra Umbhel area. It’s a busy stretch of road, and we are right near Haripura Pitia, which most local drivers know well. Kataria Automobiles is just across from us, so there’s always a lot of vehicle activity in this neighborhood. Our place is mostly focused on diesel engines and related parts, so the smell of fuel and oil is pretty much always in the air. It’s a tough environment, but it suits us fine. The floor is usually stained with grease, and there are stacks of engine blocks and parts waiting to be worked on. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or carpeted floors; it’s just a big open shed where we get our hands dirty every single day. The traffic on NH8 never really stops, so there is a constant hum of engines even when we aren't working on them ourselves. Most of the guys here have been working on diesel systems since they were young, so they know the sounds of a bad engine just by listening. We take our breaks in the shade of the building when it’s too hot. It’s a basic, hardworking lifestyle and we don't feel the need to dress it up with any corporate talk. We’re just here to fix things and keep the trucks moving for whoever needs us to do the job.
