Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Union Heights Complex, which is located right behind Rahulraj Mall in Piplod. Being in room 506 gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and plastic samples. It’s a bit different from the factories since it’s in a proper commercial complex, so it’s a little quieter than being on the shop floor. We still deal with all the manufacturing side of things, but this is where the planning and the phone calls happen. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow, so we end up waiting around with the people from the other offices quite a bit. Piplod is a busy part of the city, and having the mall nearby means there is always something going on, especially in the evenings. Our office is functional, with a few desks and some samples of the plastomers we work with scattered around on the shelves. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anyone to greet you; you just come in and say hello. It’s a practical space for a small company that’s trying to keep things organized. We eat our lunch at our desks mostly, or sometimes go down to the mall if we want something different. It’s just a normal office job where we try to keep the business running smoothly without any big fuss.
