We have a decent-sized spot at Gautam Textile Market, units 4001 to 4003. Being on the Ring Road means we are right in the middle of everything. Silk is what we handle mostly, and it takes a lot of care. The market is a maze of shops and people carrying huge loads on their backs. Our place is usually filled with the smell of new fabric and the sound of packing tape. It’s not a quiet job. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the silk and making sure the colors are right. Sometimes the lights in the market flicker, or the elevator isn't working, so we end up carrying things up and down. It builds character, I guess. We aren't a big corporate office, just a group of people working together to keep the business going. We have been in this market for a few years now. The days are long, and by the time we close the shutters at night, we’re pretty worn out. But then we come back the next morning and do it all over again. It’s a simple life. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just look at the fabric, talk to the traders, and try to keep our customers happy without making a big fuss about it. That’s just the way we like to do things here.
