You’ll find Shree Balaji Fashion at No. 121 in the Sagar Building, which is part of Arihant Awas on Ring Road. We’re also quite close to the RKTM, another big textile market on Ring Road. This whole area is dedicated to the textile trade, so it’s always crowded and very loud. Our shop is in a solid, older building that has seen a lot of years. We’re on the first floor, which is convenient enough, though the stairs can be a bit steep. The shop isn’t very large, so we have to be smart about how we stack our stock. It’s a practical setup with no room for anything unnecessary. We spend our days dealing with the heat and the noise from the Ring Road traffic right outside. It’s a lot of manual labor, unpacking boxes and checking every piece that comes in. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to run our business and provide for our families. The Sagar Building has a lot of other small shops like ours, so there’s always someone to talk to or share a quick meal with. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town. We don’t mind the lack of polish because that’s just how it is here. People know us for being reliable and for staying open late when there’s work to be finished. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, in the middle of all the chaos. There’s usually something new to see.
