Shivani Fashion

So, we are located at No. 513-514 in Ashoka Tower, which is right on the Ring Road. It’s a decent sized space for what we do. Shivani Fashion has been here for a couple of years now. Being on the fifth floor means we don't get as much street noise, but waiting for the elevator can be a real pain during the peak hours. We usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying heavy rolls of fabric. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a couple of desks for the paperwork. We deal with a lot of different materials every day. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, which we’ve been meaning to get fixed. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend money on decorations because we need the room for the stock. Most of our time is spent on the phone or checking the quality of the items that come in from the factories. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we keep the fans running at full speed. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our job. We know most of the other shop owners in Ashoka Tower. We trade stories about the market and the price of cotton. It is a simple life here. We just try to keep the business moving and the customers satisfied with what they buy.
