Shah Trader

Shah Trader is based out of the Taj Chamber in Surat. Specifically, we're at number 5. It’s not a huge office by any means, just enough room for the filing cabinets and a couple of desks for us to sit at. Surat is a busy city, as everyone who lives here knows, and being in the Taj Chamber puts us right in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been trading for a while now. It’s mostly just paperwork, phone calls to suppliers, and keeping track of who needs what delivered. We don't have a fancy website or any of those modern things. Most of our business comes from people we've known for a long time. The building itself is okay, it has that old commercial feel that you find in this part of town. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow or breaks down, so we just take the stairs to the office. It keeps us moving, I guess. We start early in the morning and usually finish up by the evening. There isn't much to say about what we are trying to achieve or anything like that. We just buy and sell things and try to keep our head above water. It’s an honest living for us. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we always look forward to for a break. If you’re ever in the area, you’ll see the small sign for Shah Trader near the entrance. It's a simple setup for simple work. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
