S.D Jain Modern School

S.D Jain Modern School is located near Vesu Char Rasta on the Udhna Magdalla Road. This area has grown a lot lately, so there’s always a lot of activity right outside our gates. The traffic on the Magdalla road can be quite a headache during the morning rush, but we’re used to it. Our school is a fairly large building, and we’ve been here long enough that most people use us as a landmark. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered with old charts and student drawings. We focus on the basics here. The teachers spend their time in the classrooms, and the office staff handles the piles of forms that never seem to go away. It’s a busy environment, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with books and bags everywhere. We don’t try to sound like a big corporation. We’re just a bunch of people working to keep a school running. Some days the bells don’t ring exactly on time, or a whiteboard marker runs dry in the middle of a lesson. These are the small things we deal with. We take care of the building as best as we can, though the humid weather can be tough on the paint. It’s just a normal school where we do our jobs and go home at the end of the shift. Most of us have been here for years and it feels like home.
