Model English School

Model English School is over in Surya Nagar-1, specifically at house number 15 in the Amroli area of Surat. It is a quiet residential street for the most part, except for when school starts and ends. We have been in this building for a long time, and it has that lived-in feel you only get from years of students running up and down the stairs. The rooms are a decent size, and we have enough desks for everyone, though some are older than others. We teach in English here, which is what the parents in Amroli usually look for when they come to talk to us. We keep a simple schedule with the usual subjects like math and science, along with some time for the kids to just sit and read. The staff is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We know most of the parents by their first names because they live just around the corner or a few blocks away. On rainy days, the street outside gets a bit muddy, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We don't have a huge website or a marketing person. If someone wants to know about us, they usually just walk up to the gate and ask the watchman or come into the small front office to talk. It is just a basic neighborhood school trying to do a good job for the local kids. We have some plants out front that we try to keep alive too.
