Saree O Clothing

Our shop, Saree O Clothing, is actually on the first floor of the Karuna Sagar Society. We are at Shop No. 2. It’s a bit of a different spot because we are near Ankur School, so we see a lot of parents and kids walking by throughout the day. The society is a decent place, usually a bit quieter than the main textile markets. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, which some people don't like much, but it gives us a bit of a better view of the street. We’ve been here in Sagar Society for a bit now. We keep things pretty straightforward inside. It’s just us and the clothes. Sometimes the school bell rings and you know it’s about time to start thinking about closing up for the evening. We don't have a huge staff or anything fancy. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here handling whoever walks in. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack the sarees so they don't fall over. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little chaotic with fabric everywhere on the counters. People from the neighborhood mostly know us by word of mouth. We don't have any big flashy signs. It’s just a small local business trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea and talk to neighbors.
