Sanskruti Sarees

Our shop is up in 1003 Ashoka Tower Dr Dvg Road Ring Road. It is a bit of a walk if the lift is slow, but we are here every day except Sundays. Being near Dr Dvg Road means there is always something happening outside. We mostly deal with sarees, hence the name Sanskruti Sarees. The space isn't huge but we cram a lot of stock into the cupboards. We have been here quite some time. My cousin helps out when it gets busy. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. We just talk to people who come through the door. Usually, it is folks from the neighborhood or people who work in the nearby offices. We keep the fans running all day because it gets warm. Sometimes we sit and drink chai while waiting for the next person to come in. The sarees come from different places, and we try to pick colors that people actually want to wear. Nothing too over the top. Just honest work and regular clothes. Sometimes the lighting in here is a bit dim but we know where everything is kept. If you need something for a function, we usually have a few options tucked away in the back. It is a quiet corner of the building. We like the peace up here away from the main road noise. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is not much but it keeps us going.
