Sanskar Creation

Sanskar Creation is situated at C-6 in the Surat Textile Godown on Ring Road. Working out of a godown is a bit different than having a shop in a fancy mall. It’s mostly about storage and moving large quantities of stuff. The ceilings are high and the floors are concrete, which makes it stay a bit cooler, but it’s definitely a workspace, not a place for lounging. We have rows of goods stacked up, and we spend a lot of our time checking inventory and loading things up for transport. Ring Road is always a mess of trucks and rickshaws, so getting things in and out of the godown can take some patience. We’ve had this spot for a while and it suits us just fine. There’s a lot of dust because of all the fabric and the open doors, so we are always sweeping. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up about orders. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest kind of place. Most of the people we deal with are other traders or delivery drivers who are in a hurry. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. We are just here to handle the items we make and get them where they need to go. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
