Our shop is at 604 in the Sai Asharam Market. It’s right across from Hariom Market on Ring Road. If you know that area, you know how hectic it gets with all the trucks and people moving bundles of cloth. We’re right in the middle of it. We sell fashion items, mostly wholesale or bulk, but it depends on the day. The market is always loud. We spend most of our time answering phones and checking the stock in the back. It’s a lot of manual work. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The Ring Road is the heart of the textile trade here. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some shelves. People come in and out all day long. Sometimes we don't even have time for lunch until late. We just keep the shop open and see who comes through the door. It’s not always organized, but we know where everything is. We just want to get through the day's orders and make sure the shop is ready for tomorrow morning. Most of our customers have been doing business with us for a few years, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s a practical way to run things in a place like Ring Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The market can be tough, but we have our place here and we are happy with that.
