Sahaj Diamtech Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Poddar Arcade, specifically at 445/50. This is on Varachha Road, which is a very crowded and active part of the city, especially with the diamond trade nearby. Our office is a bit small, but it’s where we handle all our business. We have some specialized machinery and tools that are used for diamond processing. The space is filled with the hum of these machines and the sound of people talking. We have bright lights everywhere because you need to see things very clearly in this line of work. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s more of a technical office where the focus is on the equipment. There are usually a few of us sitting around the main table discussing technical details or looking at parts. The street outside, Khand Bazar, is always full of traffic and noise, but it’s quieter once you get inside the arcade. We have some shelves with spare parts and manuals for the machines we work with. It gets a bit hectic when we have several things needing attention at the same time. We don't spend much time on decorations; we just have our tools and our desks. It’s a busy spot but we’ve gotten used to the pace of Varachha Road. Most of our regulars know to come in through the side entrance when the main one is blocked by delivery vans.
