Sagar Creation

We have been tucked away here in Tadwadi Sheri for a while now. Most people know the spot because we are right near Alilaskar Dargah. It is a busy little corner of Salabatpura. If you are coming from the Syndicate Samosa side, you just look across and there we are. Our shop is not huge but we keep a lot of stuff inside. Some days it gets really crowded in the lane, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to get through. We started Sagar Creation just to have a place where locals could find what they needed without traveling too far. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets a bit messy after it rains, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We open up early and stay until the shutters need to come down. Usually, one of us is sitting near the front door. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass windows everywhere. It is more of a practical setup. People stop by after visiting the Dargah or while they are out getting snacks. We just try to keep things organized so we can find the right fabrics when someone asks. It is a family thing, mostly. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around here pretty well. It’s a loud area but we like it. The work keeps us busy and we don't ask for much more than that.
