Mahavir Synthesis Pvt. Ltd. is located at Block No. 304B 305 on Plot No. 2430. We are right on the Sachin-Magdalla Road within the GIDC area. It’s a busy industrial zone. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. Our days are spent dealing with various synthesis processes. It involves a lot of technical steps and careful monitoring. We have a solid team of people who know their way around the equipment. The facility isn't brand new, but it works for us. We keep things running as best as we can. There’s always a bit of a chemical smell in the air, but you get used to it after the first hour. We don’t have any fancy marketing people. We just focus on the production and making sure everything is handled correctly. The road outside is always full of tankers and trucks. It can be noisy, but it’s the sound of work being done. We have a small canteen where we eat our lunch. It’s a time to relax before getting back to the machines. We don’t make big promises. We just show up and do the work we’re supposed to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generators to kick in. That’s just part of being in GIDC. We keep moving forward regardless of the small hiccups that happen.
