You can find us over at Gidc Plot No. 8206/B. This is Ami Organics Pvt. Ltd., and we’ve been operating from this site for a good while. It’s a chemical unit, so things are pretty structured here. We have a lot of pipes, tanks, and drums sitting around the yard. It isn't the prettiest place to look at, but it’s where we do our daily labor. We have a crew that shows up every shift, and we all know our roles. There isn’t much time for standing around and chatting once the batches are started. We have to keep a close eye on the temperatures and the timing. The air in this part of GIDC always has that industrial scent, which is something you just stop noticing after a few days. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. Our office is practical, mostly used for keeping track of the inventory and making sure the dispatch papers are ready for the truck drivers. Some days the heat in the plant is quite something, but we have some big industrial fans to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just make what we are supposed to make and try to stay organized. The gate is always busy with deliveries, and sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere. It’s just part of being in an industrial zone like this one.
