Jkm Chemtrade

Jkm Chemtrade is over on Plot No. 715, Road No. 7. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Arman Dyeing, which is a big landmark around here in the G.I.D.C. Sachin area. Being in this part of town means there is always a lot of dust and the roads are usually quite busy with heavy trucks. We spend our days trading chemicals, which means a lot of loading and unloading. The warehouse isn't anything special, just a large space where we store the stock until it needs to go out. The office is a bit cramped and usually smells like tea because we have a small stove in the corner. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know the local truck drivers by name and they know where to park so they don't block the main road. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a practical way of doing business without any of that corporate fluff. We don't use fancy slogans. We just make sure the orders are packed right and the paperwork is signed. The days are long, especially when the weather is humid, but it's a living. We’ve been at this location long enough to know the rhythm of the whole industrial estate and the people working in it.
