Our business, B N Kapadia, is situated at 2/19 in the Rustampura Agiyari Mohalla. We are located right behind the Emine Estate building, which is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. Surat is a city that is always moving, and our neighborhood is no different. We have been operating from this same spot for quite a long time. It’s a traditional family business. We don’t have a modern office with glass walls. Our space is more about utility. We have old desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of history in these walls. The 395002 area is full of life. We spend our days managing various trades and talking to regular clients. We don't go in for big advertisements or promotional events. We prefer to keep things low-key. The mohalla can get quite crowded, especially during festivals, but that’s just part of living and working in Surat. We handle all the daily chores ourselves, from opening up in the morning to locking the gates at night. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our little corner behind Emine Estate. We just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s about being consistent and showing up every day. We don't need any fancy titles or mission statements to know what we are doing.
