You can find Richa Sarees at C-1258 in the Raghukul Textile Market. We are on Ring Road, right near the Millennium Market. If you’ve ever been to Raghukul, you know it’s a massive place and it’s easy to get lost. We’ve been in this unit for quite a while now. The space is filled with sarees of all different kinds. We spend a lot of time just unpacking boxes and checking the quality of the thread work. It’s a noisy environment because the market is always full of people haggling and moving goods. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the market. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at night. The lighting is a bit dim in the back of the shop, so we usually bring the fabric to the front to see the colors better. We have a small stool for visitors, but mostly people are just standing and looking. Ring Road is always jammed with traffic, so getting to work can be a challenge some days. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions. We just sell sarees. Some days are good and some days are slow, that’s just the way business goes here. We keep a ledger for our accounts and try to stay organized, even when the shop is a mess of unfolded silk and cotton. It’s a real, hardworking place in the middle of a very busy city.
