Raskum Mahila Producer Company Limited

Raskum Mahila Producer Company Limited is located at 140 Kareli Faliyu in the village of Vavkulli, Chatha. This is a company run by women from the local area. We are not in a big industrial park or a city skyscraper. We are right here in the village where we live. Most of us balance our time between our homes, our fields, and this company. We started this because we wanted to have more control over the things we produce and sell. It is a simple setup, nothing fancy at all. We sit together and decide how to manage our resources and what to do with the harvest. There is no corporate polish here. If you come by, you might see children playing nearby or people just stopping in for a chat. We deal with the daily struggles of rural life, and that reflects in how we run things. We do not have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. It is hard work to keep everything running, and sometimes we make mistakes with the accounting or the scheduling. But we learn as we go. We are just a group of women trying to make a better life for our families through agriculture. It is a very honest way to work, and we are proud of what we have built in our own faliyu.
