Down on Sachin Bapu Khote Street, you will find Rasiklal And Sons. We are right in the middle of Jamil Mohalla. This is an old neighborhood and the streets are very narrow. We have been working out of this same spot for a long time. The shop is full of stuff piled up on shelves. It is not very organized but we know where everything is. Our father started this and now we just keep it going. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors who stop by. We don't use any fancy computers to keep track of things. We just use our books and a pen. The walls have some marks on them and the ceiling fan is quite old. It gets really hot in the afternoon so we sit near the door to catch a breeze. People walk by all day long and it gets quite noisy with all the talk and the carts. We don't do any big advertising or put up posters. Everyone around here already knows who we are and where to find us. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily and we have to put boards at the door. It is just how life is in Jamil Mohalla. We stay open until late and then we walk home. It is a simple business and we are just regular people working hard every day.
