We are over at seven slash two hundred twenty-five in the Big Bazar area of Rander, Surat. If you know Surat, you know it’s the place for textiles. Rander is a busy spot, especially around the market. Our place is usually filled with boxes ready to be sent out. We don’t have a fancy front or a lobby. Most of the space is just for storage and packing. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons getting everything taped up and labeled. It gets very hot here in the summer, so we have a few big fans going all day long. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall across the way. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know most of the couriers and drivers who come by. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a website. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a simple business. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just show up every day, handle the stock, and make sure the shipments go where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside is a nightmare, but you just have to plan for it. It’s a busy life.
