Rakhee Creation

You can find Rakhee Creation at 109 NDA Road in the Shivane area of Pune. We’re also close to the Ring Road, which makes things easier for the deliveries coming in from the city. The shop is a small ground-floor unit. It’s got a heavy metal shutter that’s a bit rusty and hard to pull up in the early morning. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a small counter where we keep the ledger. We don't use computers much, just a big notebook with everything written in blue ink. The street outside is always busy with bikes and people walking to the local market. There’s a big tree right across from us that gives some nice shade in the afternoon when it gets hot. We spend a lot of time just waiting for the next delivery truck to show up. When it does, everything gets chaotic for an hour or two. We have to check every single item to make sure it’s what we ordered. Sometimes the colors are a bit off, but we just make it work. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't had the time to move everything out to do it. It’s a one-man show most of the time, though my nephew comes by to help when things get really backed up. It’s a steady life, and we like the people who live around here. We try to keep it simple and just do our job every day.
