Raghavji H Mangukiy

Raghavji H Mangukiy is located at M 2 on the 1st floor of the Sahjanand Complex in Sayedpura. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs, though the hallway can get a bit dark when the sun goes down. The office is a basic space where we keep our ledgers and some maps of the local area. Sayedpura is always bustling, and the Sahjanand Complex is no exception. We can hear the noise from the ground floor shops all day. It is just a regular place where we sit and work on property deals. We have a couple of ceiling fans that work pretty well, which is good because it gets quite stuffy in the summer. We spend most of our time talking to people about small plots or apartment rentals in this part of town. There is nothing fancy about how we operate. We just take notes, make calls, and meet people at the sites they want to see. Sometimes we get the addresses mixed up and have to go back and check, but that is just part of how things go. It is a very down-to-earth business. We are just local guys who know the streets of Sayedpura and spend our days helping people figure out where they want to live or set up their own small businesses.
