Purohit Guidance Institute

We are over at 9/907, Ambaji Road in the Bhagal area. It’s a central part of Surat. Purohit Guidance Institute has been operating from this address for quite a while. We aren't a big institution with hundreds of staff. It’s a small team of us. The office is tucked away in the building. It’s a bit of an old-school setup. We have wooden shelves filled with old guides and textbooks. Bhagal is always moving, so there’s a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve grown to like it. It feels like the heart of the city. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. People just come in and ask for help with their exams or their careers. We sit down at the big table and talk it through. It’s very informal. We use a lot of paper and pencils. The lighting isn't the best, but it works for what we do. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. You don't need an appointment, usually. Most of our visitors are local folks from around Ambaji Road. We've seen a lot of students grow up and move on to jobs. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place. Nothing flashy, just a room where we provide some direction to those who need it. Sometimes we stay until late evening chatting with someone about their future plans. It is just how we work here.
