You can find us at 1 793 A 1 Shivam, which is right across from the Mona Apartment in the Nanpura area of Surat. This part of the city is always busy with people and cars moving around. We have been operating from this spot for quite a while. The office is in Kharwawad, and it has that old Surat charm to it. It’s not a shiny new glass building, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose well. Our daily routine involves a lot of paperwork and meetings with folks from around the neighborhood. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few people over at once, but we manage. The location is convenient because it's central and easy for people to find once they know where Mona Apartment is. We don't have a huge marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about what we do here. It’s just me and a small group of people working on the files every day. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s the kind of place where you know the postman and the tea stall owner nearby. We just keep things moving and do our work without any unnecessary complications. The humidity in Surat can be tough, so we rely on our old air conditioner to keep us going during the afternoons. It’s just how things are here.
