Pooja Fashion is on the ground floor of the Radha Krishna Textile Market, taking up units D-293, 294, and 295. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to walk in, but it also means we get a lot of the dust and noise from the Ring Road traffic right outside. Having three units joined together gives us a decent amount of space, but somehow it still feels full of boxes and cloth. We try to keep the aisles clear so people can walk through, but it’s a constant battle with the new stock coming in. The market is always buzzing with activity, and we’re right in the thick of it. We don't have fancy interiors or anything. It’s just white walls, tile floors that we mop when we have a spare minute, and a lot of clothes. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there in the dim light waiting for the generator to kick in. It’s a practical place for people who know what they’re looking for. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the three units to find specific items. It's a simple business and we like it that way. No big speeches or complicated rules, just us working in the Radha Krishna market every day except for holidays. That is pretty much all there is to it.
