Parth Devlopers

Our office is on Varachha Road, specifically B 401. It’s a busy part of town. We are Parth Devlopers and we work on small construction and building projects around here. Varachha is always growing, so there is always something to do. Our office is up on the fourth floor. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for some blueprints and a couple of computers. We spend a lot of time out at the sites instead of sitting in the office. You can’t really build anything from a desk. We talk to contractors and workers all day. The traffic on Varachha Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to get our site visits done early. We aren't like those massive developers who build fifty-story skyscrapers. We do smaller apartments and shops. It’s more personal that way. We know the people who are going to live in the buildings we help create. The office at B 401 is where we do all the planning and the boring paperwork. It’s got a good view of the street below. We’ve been here for a bit now and have a decent reputation with the local suppliers. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No big speeches or fancy brochures. If the building is solid, people will know. That’s what we care about at the end of the day.
