Kamalvijay Ramchandra Tulsian

Our place is over at Plot No. 176 in the Gidc area of Pandesara, right here in Surat. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our doors. The name on the sign is Kamalvijay Ramchandra Tulsian, which is a bit of a mouthful, but people around here just know us by the location. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. The building isn't brand new, and you can see the wear on the walls, but it’s sturdy enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors or checking on shipments coming in from the main road. Pandesara is a hub for a lot of industries, so we fit right in with the rest of the warehouses and factories around us. Inside, things are mostly organized into stacks and rows. It’s not always pretty, but we know where everything is kept. The humidity in Surat can be tough in the middle of the year, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day long. We don't have many meetings; we just talk over the noise while we work. Most of us have been working in this area for a long time. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but we stay put at Plot 176. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to get things done without making a fuss. We are just local people doing our bit.
