Onewin Management Consultants India Private Limited is over on Katargam Road. We are in Satyam Apartment, room 110 on the first floor. If you get lost, just look for the Katargam Police Station because we are right near there. It’s a busy part of the city. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere because we are always working on something new. We’ve got some old wooden desks that have been around as long as the company. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator. You can hear the sirens sometimes because of the police station, but it’s just part of the background noise now. We help people with management stuff. It’s not glamorous work, just lots of forms and planning. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy coffee machine; we usually just get tea from the guy on the corner. There’s a lot of talking that goes on in here. We brainstorm and argue a bit and eventually get the job done. It’s a real office with real people who sometimes forget to clean the whiteboard. We’ve been in Satyam Apartment for a good while. It feels like home to us. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles. Just our desks and a bit of quiet when we can get it. Sometimes the rain hits the windows hard, but we just stay dry and keep typing.
