Our shop is number 116 in the Amrut Shanti Shopping center, located on Karva Road in Navapura. We are on plot number 390, which is right across from the street where you’ll find Peoples Bank. Being in this part of Surat means we are right in the middle of all the gem activity. It’s a very busy neighborhood, and there’s always something happening on the street outside. We spend our days in the shop, which is a small but functional space. We don’t have any elaborate decorations or marketing displays. It’s mostly just us and our tools, looking at gems and making sure everything is in order. The light in the complex is okay, but we mostly rely on our own setup to see the details clearly. We get a lot of regular visitors, mostly other people from the trade or locals who know the area well. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small business doing our work every day. Karva Road can be quite noisy with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s a good place to be if you’re in this line of work. We just show up, do the work, and manage the day-to-day tasks. It’s a simple and honest way to spend the day, and we appreciate the people who stop by to see us.
