We are located at 20, Swami Atmanand Society in Surat. As everyone knows, Surat is the place to be if you’re in the gem business. Kiran Gems Pvt Ltd started because we wanted to be part of that long tradition here in Gujarat. Our office is in a residential-style society, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than being in a massive commercial complex. We deal with stones and jewelry on a daily basis. It’s detailed work and it requires a lot of patience. Sometimes your eyes get tired from looking at small things all day, but that’s just the job. We have a small group of people working here who really know their stuff. We don’t spend much on advertising or trying to look like a global corporation. We’re just a private limited company that focuses on getting the quality right. The diamond market fluctuates a lot, which can be stressful, but we’ve learned to ride out the ups and downs over time. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and we prefer it that way. It’s about building a bit of trust over a cup of tea. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide good work and keep the business steady for the people who work here. It’s a quiet spot in a busy city, and we like it that way. Most days are calm, just focused work on the stones.
