Octave Guitar Classes

Octave Guitar Classes is a small spot located on City Light Road, near Senapati Bapat Road, specifically at L 13. If you walk by, you might hear some acoustic strumming or someone trying to get a scale right. It’s not a big music school; it’s more of a personal space where we teach people how to play. We have a few chairs, some music stands, and a couple of spare guitars leaning against the walls. The room is usually a bit messy with sheet music and picks lying around, but that is just how it goes when you’re practicing. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Most students just wait their turn or chat about their favorite bands. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. The lighting isn't the best, but it's enough to see the frets. We teach all sorts of people, from kids who just started to older folks who always wanted to learn. It’s a relaxed environment because we don't think music should be stressful. Sometimes we go over the lesson time if we’re really getting into a song. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We just enjoy playing and showing others how to do it too. If you are on SB Road, you can find us tucked away in our little corner. It’s a simple life, just guitars, lessons, and a bit of noise.
