Our address is 8 Harikrushna Society, which is over in Nanavaracha. We are Nityas Gems And Jewellery Private Limited. Surat is a big city, but Nanavaracha has its own feel, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good long time. We aren't some big fancy corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a small team of us working out of this spot. We handle gems and we make jewelry. It’s a lot of hands-on work. You won't find many big machines here; it's mostly us at our benches with our tools. The society is a nice place to work, even if it gets a little noisy when the kids are playing outside or the neighbors are chatting. We like being here because it feels real. We started this business because we knew how to work with stones, and it just grew from there. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just try to finish the orders on time. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, and other days are a bit slower. We've got a few old desks that have seen better days, but they work for us. We don't spend much on decorations. Most of the space is taken up by our equipment and materials. If you’re in the area, you’ll find us easily at number 8. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and keeping things moving along as best as we can.
