New Blue Moon Engineers

We are set up at 725 in the Sachin Babhoi Waghodia Gidc area. Being in a Gidc means there is always a lot of industrial activity around us. The roads here aren't the best, especially after the monsoon, so getting to the workshop can be a bit of a bumpy ride. We focus on engineering work, mostly making parts or fixing things that other factories nearby need. The workshop has a lot of heavy equipment and we try to keep it maintained, though there’s always something that needs a bit of grease or a new belt. It gets very hot under the tin roof during the afternoons, so we usually have several big fans going all at once. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits. Most of us are in overalls and have grease under our fingernails. We take our work seriously but we don't use big words to describe it. We just look at the blueprints or the broken parts and figure out the best way to deal with them. The tea break at four is the highlight of the day. We usually sit on some crates outside the main door to get some fresh air. It’s a busy life here in Waghodia. We have been in this spot for a long time and we know the rhythms of the industrial zone. If a machine breaks down, we are usually the ones people call to come take a look. It's not glamorous but it's what we know how to do well. Some days are harder than others, but we keep going.
