Navya Gems Private Limited

Our business, Navya Gems Private Limited, is located in the Turning Point complex on Ghoddod Road in Surat. We have a few shops combined together on the ground floor, numbers 319 and 326 through 330. Ghoddod Road is one of the busiest streets in the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to get things in and out, but it also means we see a lot of people passing by. Our space is not a fancy showroom with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. It is more of a functional office where we handle the daily operations of the gem business. We have plenty of room since we have multiple shop units, which helps when we are busy. The complex is quite old but it is a well-known landmark in this part of Surat. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. We just pick up and talk to people like normal. Most days are spent looking over orders and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a lot of work and things can get a bit messy during the peak times. We just try to keep everything organized and get the jobs done. It is a real business run by real people who have been in the area for a long time.
