The building on Rander Road is where we spend most of our time. At Krishan Block 101, the room is filled with old textbooks and some wooden chairs that have been there for years. We usually start our sessions in the afternoon when the sun isn't as bright through the windows. It's just a regular place, nothing fancy about the walls or the furniture. We keep a small kettle for tea when there’s a break between students. The neighborhood is active, so you hear scooters and people talking outside. Sometimes we have to close the window to hear the students better. We aren't a big center with dozens of employees. It's just us here, sitting at the table and working through math problems or grammar. We've lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know the families around Rander Road quite well. Most of the kids who come here live just a few streets away. They walk over after they finish their school day. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting room. People just come in and we get to work. It's a very simple setup that has worked for us and the students for quite a while now. We focus on the books and making sure the lessons make sense before the hour is up. That’s pretty much how our days go. It is not about being the biggest, just about helping out.
