Navin Fluorine Internatinal Ltd Surat (Gujrat)

We are over in Bhestan, right in the industrial part of Surat. If you know the area, it is pretty busy with all the trucks and the movement near Navin Fluorine. The plant has been here a long while, and it is just how things go in this part of Gujarat. It gets really hot in the afternoons, especially inside the office blocks. We mostly just focus on our chemical work and keeping things running day to day. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a lot of pipes, tanks, and people in hard hats doing their jobs. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Bhestan is a nightmare, especially when the shifts change and everyone is trying to get in or out at the same time. The air always has that industrial smell, which you get used to after a week or so. Our building is part of the larger complex, and we spend most of our time looking at charts or checking the machinery. There is a small tea stall just outside where most of the guys go during the break. It is a simple life here, just work and heat and trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't have much time for small talk when the production is in full swing. If you are coming down this way, just look for the big signs near the gate, you can't really miss it once you are in Bhestan.
