N D Wankawala Advocates

The office for N D Wankawala Advocates is located at 309 Nanpura Balewadi Phata. We are on the Bane Mahalunge Road in the Baner area, inside the Kinara Apartment building. It is a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them. As advocates, we spend a lot of our time reading through documents and preparing for different cases. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car horn from the road below. We have shelves full of law books that have been there for years and they have that old paper smell. Many people find the Baner area a bit far out, but it has grown so much lately that it feels like the center of everything now. Our workspace is pretty traditional. We don't have a lot of modern decor or a big waiting room. Usually, people just sit in the extra chairs by the desk while we talk things through. We take our work seriously but we aren't formal people in our daily lives. We like to get straight to the point and see what the situation is. It is a lot of paperwork and long hours, especially when things get complicated. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the files that keep piling up. It is a busy life.
