We are located in Surat, specifically in the Mahidharpura area. Our workspace is Cabin No 1 on the ground floor of Balaji Krupa. It’s tucked away in Limbu Sheri. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s always busy with people and trade. We’ve been operating from this small cabin for quite a while now. It isn’t a large place, but it fits what we need to do with gems and jewellery every day. The street outside is usually full of life, which keeps things interesting. Sometimes we have to deal with the noise, but that is just part of being in this part of Surat. Most of our work involves sitting at the desk and looking closely at different pieces. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big waiting room. It’s a very practical setup where the focus is just on the items in front of us. We get a lot of local traders stopping by to discuss things. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone else. We start early in the morning when the light is good and usually stay until the evening. The cabin is small, but it’s our home for the work week. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us by just walking through Limbu Sheri or hearing about us from someone else. It's a simple, straightforward way to run a business. We just keep doing what we do.
