Matrubhoomi Realtech Dev Ltd

Matrubhoomi Realtech Dev Ltd is based out of Athnumantiya which is near the Postdhamodi area in Songadh. We are quite far out from the main city of Surat so things are a bit quieter around here. Our work involves a lot of looking at land and talking to people about development projects. Most of the time we are out on the field wearing dusty shoes and checking on progress. The office in Athnumantiya is where we keep all the maps and the blueprints. It is not a very big office but it serves our purpose just fine. We have a couple of old wooden tables and some plastic chairs for when visitors come to talk. You can see the trees and the open fields from our window which is nice compared to the crowded city areas. Dealing with real estate and construction means we have to be very practical about things. We talk to the local farmers and the people living nearby about what is happening with the land. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult like when the rain starts and the roads get muddy. We just take it as it comes. It is hard work and it takes a lot of time to get things done right. We don't have any big presentations or fancy suits here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work on the site or in the office. It is a slow and steady process for us in this part of Gujarat.
