We are located at 203 Shiv Shakti Row House on the Sachin Village Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city of Surat, but we’ve been here in Sachin for quite a long time. The space is a row house, so it’s not your typical factory or big industrial unit. We use the ground floor and some of the back area for all the packing work. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in, with boxes and materials stacked up almost to the ceiling. The village road outside is usually dusty and busy with trucks and tempos moving back and forth. It’s a hardworking neighborhood, and you can hear the sounds of other small businesses all day long. I mostly spend my time overseeing the packing and making sure things are labeled right. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the cardboard and tape, but that’s the nature of the job. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, someone will just shout from the back if they hear a knock. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we just focus on getting the crates and boxes out on time. The humidity in Surat can make the work a bit tiring in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and push through it. It is just honest work.
