Manish J Patel

I set up my workspace at unit 323 in the Royal Plaza. This is in the Katargam area, which has grown a lot over the last few years. The plaza has a lot of different offices, so there is always someone in the elevator or walking down the halls. I go by the name Manish J Patel. My office isn't very large, but it has a window that looks out over the street. I spend a lot of time at my desk just going through papers and making sure everything is correct. The furniture is nothing special, just some old wooden pieces I've had for a while. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy when there is maintenance going on, but usually, it is a decent place to work. I have a small kettle in the corner to make my own tea so I don't have to go out every time I want a cup. Most of the people who come to see me are locals from Katargam. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Word of mouth seems to work well enough for me. I try to be honest with everyone who walks in. If I can't help with something, I just say so. It saves everyone time. The commute here is okay, though the parking in the plaza can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. I just take things one day at a time and keep my office running.
